4KGISL literally pioneered the growth of the IT Services and BPO services in Coimbatore since 1996. Under his leadership, KGISL has
established the following:
- the first and fastest growth MT company in Coimbatore as early as 1998
- the first and fastest growing voice-based BPO services out of Coimbatore
- the largest investor relations services division in India
- the first Education Services Division catering to 12,000 Japanese schools
- the first and only Tier-1 vendor to Siemens Postal Automation

- Coimbatore Hitech Infrastructure Limited (CHIL) - one of Tamil Nadu's largest product-specific Special Economic Zone (SEZ)
serving the IT/ITeS industry in Coimbatore. CHIL-SEZ has become home to some of large multinational companies, viz.
Robert Bosch, Cognizant and Dell International, thereby elevating Coimbatore as a premier destination in the IT
map of India

He was instrumental in establishing KGISL Trust, which has sponsored three academic institutions which excel in their ability to
- provide real-world exposure to aspiring IT professionals and for its innovative instructional technologies
